Our Story
Paradigm began when a handful of friends at a financial services company recognized that a series of sudden changes to the VA system’s billing procedures had created a major opportunity for someone willing to put the time in to understand the changes and help providers navigate them.
Being willing to put in the work to understand third-party payers better than anyone else has always been one of our differentiators. Since helping thousands of home care providers work with the VA to care for more veterans, we’ve branched out to other payers: Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Long-Term Care Insurance, and more.
In just over five years we’ve grown our revenue by tens of millions, helped thousands of providers grow by an average of 300% year-over-year, and enabled tens of thousands of veterans and Medicaid recipients to access quality in-home care.
