Our Story
Paradigm got its start when a handful of friends at a financial services company recognized that a series of sudden changes to the VA system’s billing procedures had created a major opportunity for someone willing to put in the time to understand the changes and help home care providers navigate them.
Being willing to put in the work to understand third-party payers better than anyone else has always been one of our differentiators. Since helping thousands of home care providers work with the VA to care for more veterans, we’ve branched out to other payers: Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, MCOs, Long-Term Care Insurance, and more. This specialization has allowed us to help home care agencies get paid faster from the VA and Medicaid.
Over nearly a decade, we’ve grown our revenue by tens of millions, helped thousands of providers grow by an average of 300% year-over-year, and enabled tens of thousands of veterans and Medicaid recipients to access quality home-based care.
