We not only help providers get credentialed with programs like the VA and Medicaid, but we help them actively grow their client censuses. Because of the challenges in getting credentialed, many of providers would otherwise not try to bill those payers and many of their clients would go unserved. Live, work, and play in Miami
Paradigm is an in-person company. Most roles are based at our Miami HQ, and onsite collaboration is the default. However, we sometimes hire remote employees for select roles when it best supports the work and team dynamic.

Home care is already considered a recession-resistant industry, but working in third-party payer systems like the VA makes us even more recession-proof. Even legislative changes or cuts to public payer systems are less likely to impact us, because they typically result in an increase in the types of red tape and bureaucracy that we exist to help simplify.
